What we need from you as a Designer with DGS
If you do not upload a product 30 days after signing up, you will be deleted out of our system. A list of email addresses are on the Staff page, we know and understand that things in the real world stops us sometimes. Email and let us know. Please
All files are beta tested prior to release. Please allow up to 7 days for product testing, though we are often much faster. Product Testing is first in first tested. Everyone is treated equal. Products that have Failed Testing: add "UD" in the title of the product and re-submit.
Readme's/TOU must be included in all zip products. Readme must have a title, not just "readme", your files will over ride each other if you name the readme the same.
DGS Sales Licence ...Download here... must be included in all product zips.
Promotional images for products:
800 x 800 or 600x600 ( 600x600 preferred) up to 6.
Each product will also require 200 x 200 or 300x300 pixel thumbnails (300x300 preferred) ONLY 1 thumbnail.
Title your images example: BettyJotop.jpg or Bonnieeyes.jpg. If you do NOT your previews will over ride each other
NO NUDITY in preview image 1, thumbnails or banners.
We ask you submit a banner 400 x 100 with your store name or vendor name for advertising. Please attach and send to support@devinegraphicsolutions.com
Commission for Vendor CD Bundles 70/30 and are not submitted to no other store associated with DGS.
DGS pays our artist on or by the 20th of each month, the previous months earnings for sales. Commission earnings under $10.00 will be carried over to the next month
Your vendor name will not show up on the vendor list until you submit a product, pass testing , and then released.
Submit a Banner 400x100 for all SALES, it will posted in newsletter and on Sale page.
Advertising of your store:
You are responsible for advertising your products in our store. We ask you to add our blinkies, buttons, banners or text link to your blog or storefront to advertise your products....In return send us your blinkie or banner to advertise for your blog or site. We have to work together to get the word out, that you have something very special that the customer really NEEDS :-) Promote Promote Promote help us do that for YOU! You know the old saying "if mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy"!
Storewide Sales Information and Schedule:
BBS....The first Wednesday of every month, 24 hours ONLY, 50% off sale
VE....The second Wednesday of every month, 24 hours ONLY, 50% off sale
DDU....The Third Wednesday of every month, 24 hours ONLY, 50% off sale
If you truly feel you can not take part in store wide sales to help promote you and the store. Send us a note and we will add you to the list of vendors who have their products disabled for the time frame of the sale. I know this sounds VERY hard nose but times are bad and if others can sacrifice one day a month to promote you then it's only fair you do the same in return.

DigitalDesignsUnlimited, 3D store: poser,bryce,vue and some 2D if it fits and works with poser, bryce, vue. Commission 50/50
The Vintage Emporium, 2D Store: Backgrounds, brushes, tubes etc etc. Commission 75/25
Beach Bliss Scraps , 2D store: Scraps, elements, papers, fabric, clipart etc etc. Commission 75/25
Content Paradise , all 3D and 2D can be submitted to CP. Commission 50/50 regradless of which store it comes out of. You will see all these questions on your upload sheet.
