Reseller Agreement

1. List us as a designer/vendor/manufactory on your site, "BeachBlissScraps". You do not need to add BeachBlissScraps url on the display page of the product. Showing as a designer/vendor/manufactory in your store is enough.

2. Collections must be sold in the exact manner you receive them. In other words, you can't take graphics from one collection and mix with another. You may NOT sale singles from a pack, that would be stealing from our artist. We have singles at a reasonable price. If we do not have a single you're looking for, email support@devinegraphicsolutions.com, we will be more then happy to provide what you need for your customer.

3. It is the re-seller's responsibility to service all items purchased for resell. We will not ship or email collections to your customers nor provide any other type of customer service regarding them.

4. Clip art that is purchased in this category is EXCLUSIVE and ONLY 10 of each will be sold. The business owner will not see the same packaged product in our market for sale once the 10 are sold out..... We do reserved the right to re-package, add or subtract from the product.

5. Resellers may not sell any collection for less than $1.00.

6. BeachBlissScraps and it's Artist retains full rights and Copyright on every image in every collection.

7. All reseller graphics are sold an unlimited number of times on your site.

8. As a Licensed Reseller agent you must send us your URL of your store front that you will be selling in, we will then add your store to our list of licensed resellers. One of your banners will be displayed on our front page send to: support@devinegraphicsolutions.com

9. You CANNOT sell our graphics on EBay or in a brick and mortar storefront only from a web based website. If you want information for doing so, email, support@devinegraphicsolutions.com .

10. You MAY sell our clip art in a total of 2 stores. Previews of purchased clip art MUST be used, no exceptions.

11. As a Licensed Reseller you are selling this clipart as Commercial Use or Personal Use ONLY you may not turn around and resell this clipart as RESALE CLIPART for others to sell on their sites!

12. To be fair you must be a business owner to purchase our re-sale clip-art. We are not here to hurt store owners, we understand what wholesale is all about. We sell to you and you sell to the public....
